Jonathan Keller: "I also can not find anywhere in our accounts that she or I have ordered this..."
Agent (John *): "I would be happy to help you with that. Did you recently place an order with us?"

Agent (John *): "Yeah I see that here. Okay so as part of a promo with that system, we do have a service to help with Data Transfer and I guess that was included with the Zino. To transfer files from your old system. Usually those flash drives should show up a lot sooner"

Agent (John *): "Yeah that's really weird. I remember I got mine maybe about 10 days or so after I got my desktop, and this was last year. The postmark on the envelope would say when it was shipped, maybe the post office lost it."
